What exactly do I get with All-Access?
Everything: The BRIDGE Method book (readable in-app, chapter by chapter), streaming audio (34 performed scenario episodes plus the full teaching audiobook), 300 practice stations and drills mapped to the current PEBC blueprint (version 03-2026; checked against current Canadian primary sources), unlimited exam-format mock circuits with real exam timers, the printable workbook and practice tools, and your AI practice patient with 300 voice minutes included.
How long does access last?
6 months from purchase. If your booked exam sitting or its results date lands just after your window, email us before expiry with your booking confirmation — we extend you once, free, to your results day (up to 90 days). It's in the Terms.
How do I get in after buying?
Your receipt email contains your personal access key. Enter it on the home page (or in the app when asked) and everything unlocks on that device. Your key is personal to you.
Can I use it on my phone and my laptop?
Yes — activate on your own personal devices with the same key. Your AI coaching record follows your key to any device you activate. The partner and solo practice log stays on each device. Clearing your browser data erases that device's log, never your licence — a new phone just needs your key again, and if it ever balks, email us and we'll reset your activations.
What are AI minutes? What if I run out?
Minutes are the time you spend in live voice conversation with the AI patient — about 40 full seven-minute stations from your included 300, or more when you practise shorter segments. Only live conversation is metered: connecting and reading your feedback are free, and a technically failed session gets credited back if you email us. Heavy practicer? Top up 100 minutes for $29 anytime. Browsing stations, audio, mock circuits, and the book never uses minutes.
Is this affiliated with PEBC?
No. BridgePharmacist is an independent educational resource and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the Pharmacy Examining Board of Canada. All practice cases are original fictional scenarios.
What's your refund policy?
Full refund within 14 days if your usage has been exploratory — see the Refund Policy. We'd rather you buy with confidence.
Do I get updates?
Yes — content corrections and new features during your access period are included automatically.
Who made this?
We are Faith Onyeowuzoni — an internationally trained pharmacist who went through the PEBC pathway and now practises in Alberta — and Chuks Onyeowuzoni, a physician. BridgePharmacist is operated by Zonive Innovations, our Edmonton-based company. The BRIDGE framework grew out of Faith's own exam preparation and study groups (the full story is in the book's preface). We have no affiliation with PEBC. The method is the book's: knowledge got you here; delivery gets you licensed.
